On 12-15 December 2013 Mr. Mammadov Orhan, Adviser to the BSCSIF President for Economic Cooperation attended the Eurasian Business Forum in Turkey.
Eurasia Economic Relations Association (Eco Eurasia) and Full Black Sea Industrialists’ Businessmen’s Associations (TÜKSİAD) organized the Eurasian Business Forum in Gebze, with the support of International Fund for Cooperation and Partnership of the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea (BSCSIF), Gebze Municipality, Gebze Chamber of Commerce and East Marmara Development Agency (MARKA).
The businessmen, bureaucrats, ambassadors, deputies, chairmen of the chambers of commerce and industry and high-level officers notably from Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Albania, Nakhcevan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Georgia, Iraq, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, TRNC, Kosovo, Macedonia, Mongolia, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Poland, Romania, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Crimea, Greece and Turkey attended the “Eurasian Businessmen Forum”.
On the first day of the Forum the businessmen came to Gebze and participated in the forum where the commercial and economical activities, investment opportunities, investment incentives in the region were shared. Adviser to the BSCSIF President for Economic Cooperation, Mr. Mammadov Orhan held a speech about the International Center for Support and Coordination of Economic Cooperation, that was founded at the initiative of BSCSIF. He highlighted the importance of the Center as a significant body for the development of the Economic Cooperation in Black Sea – Caspian Sea region.
On the second day, the productive facilities, factories and organized industry sites in İzmit and Gebze, where the bilateral contacts have been realized, were visited.
Nihat Ergün, the Minister of Science, Industry and Technology participated at the Gala Diner, and he gave important information about the business opportunities in Turkey.
On the last day of the program, a cultural trip was organized for the businessmen in and around Gebze.
