The International Fund for Cooperation and Partnership of the Black and Caspian Seas (hereinafter International Fund) firmly condemns bloody terrorist acts that were committed in Paris on November 13, 2015, and a large terrorist attack, as a result of which the plane A321 of the Russian airline “Kogalymavia” crashed on October 31, in Egypt. The International Fund expresses its condolences to the bereaved families, Government and people of France and Russia.
The International Fund declares that terrorism could not be justified under any pretext, it could not and should not be associated with any religion or civilization. As it was underlined in the Joint Statement of Heads of State and Governments of the European Union dated 14 November, 2015, these terrorist acts will not be able to divide and sew hatred.
Terrorist acts of November 13 in Paris, the worst aviation disaster involving Russian airplane as well as recent terrorist acts in Lebanon and Iraq once again demonstrated the barbaric nature of terrorism. No doubt, those who are guilty for these crimes must be held strictly accountable for their crimes and incur just punishment.
The International Fund calls upon all the states of the world to undertake comprehensive measures for combating terrorism in every corner of the globe, including paying particular attention to the elimination of causes of terrorism and keep a common record in the framework of the United Nations of the terrorist groups and organizations.
