Geoffrey Willgers Kimalyo is a Human Rights Researcher, in the areas of Democracy, Accountability at TLC Uganda. He worked on a project: A Technical Proposal for St. Augustine Blessed Infant School, Luuka District – Uganda.
The project started its operations in January 2012 as a Private School providing education services to children. The organization is in the process of acquiring relevant documents from the responsible officials in Uganda to operate as an educational training center.
Mission: Their mission is to make sure the children of Luuka and Iganga receive a quality education. In a collaborative and inclusive manner, they will bring together stakeholders in order to make sure that every child can go on to successfully complete their education.
