About Project:

The research was on "socio-economic and educational impacts of insurgency in Nigeria ". The objectives of the research were to identify, determine and find the solutions to the negative impacts of insurgency on the Nigerian economy and education. Insurgency in Nigeria has become a great catastrophe that destroyed the social status of the citizens, causes inflation and high cost of living, increases the number of internally displaced people and deserters, and poor education and inadequate learning facilities in many parts of the country, especially the north-west. Nigeria is located in West Africa and divided into six geographical regions (north-east, north-west, north-central, south-east, south-west, and south), the research was basically on the northern states and a few states in the southwest. While conducting the research, secondary means of collecting data were used. Several articles were reviewed, and information from radio, television, newspaper, and interviews was recorded accordingly and analyzed carefully. The research was started on 25th July 2022 and ended on 24th September 2022.
