In July 2013, Prof. Dr. Eldar Hasanov, Secretary General of the International Fund for Cooperation and Partnership of the Black Sea and Caspian Sea, made a visit to Minsk, Belarus, where, accompanied by Mr. Vitalie Buzdugan, the representative of Belarus in our Fund, has participated in a range of meetings with influent high officials: Mr. Igor Voytov, Minister, Member of the Government of Belarus, President of the Science and Technology Commission; Mr. Boris Batura, Governor of the Minsk Province, President of Minsk Province Executive Committee; Mr. Aleksandr Radkov, first Head Deputy of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Belarus; Mr. Vsevolod Yanchevski, Head of the Central Ideology Department of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Belarus, Advisor of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
In the course of these meetings, it was touched upon a range of important issues regarding the perspective of implementing joint projects with the participation of Belarus, aiming at strengthening the position of this country among the states of the region.
